The Heart's EMF

The heart math institute has been conducting research for two decades on the heart. The conclusion of these studies has determined that the heart is the most powerful electromagnetic energy generator in the human body. Its electrical field is approximately 60 times greater in amplitude than that of the brain. The heart’s magnetic field is 5,000 times greater in strength than the field generated by the brain!

The hearts EMF (electromagnetic field) is toroidal in shape and surrounds every cell of the human body. Our heart EMF extends out in all directions and directly affects other people’s brainwaves if they are on average within 8 to 10 feet, and does extend out farther in a weaker vibration. Our heart’s EMF fluctuates in size along the horizontal plane, expanding and contracting as if it is alive like a living dynamic organism. Some researchers have suggested that the heart EMF is one and the same as our auric field. The reasoning for this is that they are both toroidal in shape and are expressive of our electromagnetic fields, some disagree with this and suggest that that auric field sits inside of the heart EMF and they are two separate parts to a whole system.

Researchers have also observed that prolonged exposure to electromagnetic fields can cause disruptions in heart rhythms, contribute to hypertension, and impact blood flow patterns. This is something to pay attention to with the introduction of 5G into our lives. It has a higher frequency and shorter wavelengths which leads to more intense exposure to electromagnetic radiation.

5G has been shown to aggravate Lyme disease and mold related illnesses, allowing them to create more biological toxins. Another interesting phenomenon to contemplate is that this type of EMF exposure could influence voltage gated calcium channels (VGCC), as shown in certain experimental conditions. The concern that arises is that altered VGCC activity may lead to disruptions in cellular calcium homeostasis, impacting various cellular processes and signaling pathways. Avoiding 5G is unreasonable in our modern digital age, but we can take simple steps to minimize exposure. Using speaker phones and earphones when talking on the phone, limiting screen time, and keeping devices away from our bodies during sleep and down time are some easy strategies to implement.

The heart is wondrous and multifaceted in the most beautifully simplistic way. With over 37 trillion cells pulsing with electricity through our human body, a conscious connection to our heart’s EMF can change shape our lives. We are electromagnetic beings that emit a frequency. Thus our thoughts and emotions affect the hearts magnetic field, which energetically affects those in our environment whether we are conscious of it or not. The more in tune we become with it the more balanced and intuitive our relationships with people can become.
